Did  you know we make most of our food from scratch?
Unlike many places that buy their breads our breadstiks are made here. Our rolls are made from Boulevard Wheat Beer,,awesome flavor. The Panini bread is also made here.
Like we said almost everything is made here from scratch.
Its a difference you can taste,
 
The atmosphere of all the rock walls, open rafters and memorabilia makes you just walk to walk around and stare, but kinda hard to do with the smell of all that great food. The Cafe is located in the lower level of the Riverfront. Orginally this floor had outside 2 entries and a ton of windows, it still does, which makes it hard to believe your underground, The design of the 8 thousand sq.ft enhances the rock, concrete and wood. The counters are custom made concrete and rock. The pond is rock, walls are rock even the counter walls are rock, but the style is oh so pretty and stylish.

We added years of history via wall hangings and items. One interesting item is the Addressograph machine, Fantles had thier own pink and grey credit card, the norm now but now in the 1960's, so how did they make them..in house. One machine looks alike a giant typewriter that punch the letters onto a metal plate. Then the metal plate is placed into another machine that presses the plate image onto a pretty little pink and grey credit card.. Thousands of names of people who had the card still exists today,,fun to see if your family or relatives names are there.
