Below is a partial list of Vendors allowed at the Event Center. You may recommend others for approval.
One thing I must say this year one vendor has cost the event center over $400 dollars in labor this year because they would not pick up their items 4 or 5 days. This caused our staff to clean up the vendor's items so we could setup. This vendor repeatedly left their items no matter how many times we requested they be removed the next day. When this happens on a repeat situation the vendor will not be allowed in the center. We can not afford to pay this and it causes us delays in setting up for other events.
We do not charge vendors to be here and feel they should abide by our rules.
Please advise all of your vendors to have all items removed by the date we ask..
